OUR PRODUCTS
ARTISAN CIDER OF TREVIGIANE APPLES
Terre Cartusiae cider derives from the pressing of different varieties of fresh and whole apples, whose juice is fermented in an autoclave.
The apples used have different levels of sweetness and acidity and are produced in our company, in the Treviso area.
The autoclave fermentation process makes the cider moderately alcoholic and slightly sparkling, avoiding the addition of concentrates or CO2.
The result is a drink with a fragrant flavor and aroma, suitable both as an aperitif and to accompany a meal. The combination with fish, shellfish, various types of cheeses and desserts is particularly recommended. It should always be served at a temperature between 6° and 8° celsius.
Cider is a popular drink all over the world, especially in Anglo-Saxon countries, France, Spain, Germany and in several Eastern European countries.
Our ciders participated in the International Cider Challenge 2022 and won three prizes.

Our cider is produced and bottled at the factory in Via Santa Barbara 2, fraz. Tres – 38012 Predaia (TN), Val di Non, Trentino, Italy.
It must be stored in a cool and dry place away from sources of light and heat.
